jaipur at this hour

I'm Shubham—also Kira—a systems and backend engineer in Jaipur, India. I build fast infrastructure, low-level tools, LLM systems, and production paths that stay understandable when the traffic gets real.

I currently work at CommandCode on inference infrastructure and DevOps. Before that I was CTO at Routing , worked on backend and platform systems at MegaLLM , and built Ultrabalancer .

Outside code, I read and collect manga and comics.

Open Source work

  • routing.run — an LLM API gateway with routing, fallback, authentication, billing, and provider health.
  • bas3line/ultrabalancer — a production-grade HTTP/2 load balancer written in Rust.
  • bas3line/sandbox — disposable coding environments for humans and agents.
  • bas3line/airsec — a security review driven by the coding CLI you already have, with no new API key and no cloud upload.
  • bas3line/gopher — an AI Discord bot with long-term memory, web research, vision, voice replies, and moderation tools.

Tools

I keep a small self-hosted engineering registry for software I use with coding agents and production systems.

  • Context Bridge — local-first handoffs between coding agents.
  • Sandbox — disposable coding environments for humans and agents.
  • Watchman — GPU inference monitoring and operations.

Elsewhere

GitHub , X, LinkedIn, résumé, and calendar.

I also run Gopher v2 , an engineering-only community — no promo, no support queue, just people who build things.

This is the v1 design. The site itself now lives at yshubham.com.
